Qualification
The incumbent should be
a) Should have passed the final examination of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and should be an Associate / Fellow Members of ICSI. (Mandatory)
b) Additional qualification of Bachelor Degree in Law(LLB) from a recognized University in India (Preferable)
Experience
Incumbent?s Post Qualification Experience should be minimum 20 / 22 years respectively on the last date of submitting application i.e 1st August 2017. The incumbent should have at least five (05) years of experience as Head of Secretarial function of the large organisation.
Job Description & Responsibility
Company Secretary shall be the key management personnel (KMP) and reports directly to Managing Directors & Chief Executive Officer. He / She is overall in-charge of Secretarial and responsible for the matters pertaining to Secretarial & Corporate function (like drafting of agenda, minutes, conduct of Board, Committees and General Body meetings, compliance under Companies Act, Company Law, SEBI and other statutory requirements etc., liaison with statutory bodies like ROC, CLB, etc.
These responsibilities are illustrative not exhaustive. Selected candidate will be expected to become involved in a range of works to enable the department to respond effectively to the requirements of the Company.
Remuneration
VP Level: Total CTC of Rs. 36.19 lakhs per annum.
GM Level: Total CTC of Rs. 30.64 lakhs per annum.
