Essential
Qualificaiton (s)

(i) Degree in Science from a recognized
University.
(ii) Three years experience in Managing Stores with experience in functions such as inventory control and management stock, maintenance / stock taking, receipt and issues, setting bills payments, etc. NOTE: The qualification are relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified |
Desirable

(i) Diploma or Certificate in Materials management or inventory control from
a recognized Institution.
(ii) Experience in stores functions of a Medical or Scientific nature. . |
Duty(ies)

To ensure correct receipt, Storage and issue of Store.
(ii) To initiate timely action for adequate stocking of stores. (iii) Monitor the work of Sub-ordinate staffs in the store and ensure optimal and uninterrupted functioning and store (iv)To maintain medical stores and records their of. |
