Should be able
to Head F&A Deptt independently. Well
conversant with matters relating to Costing and Management Accounting,
Budgeting & Budgetary Control, Finalization of Accounts, Tax, Audit
& Internal Audit, Excise Duty, Fund Management, Banking and Statutory
compliance, Preparation of MIS Reports, Exposure in ERP system etc.
Experience in manufacturing industry preferred.
For AM (F&A)---05years:
Hands on experience on Finance & Accounts
functions, Tax, Audit, Statutory compliances, Banking etc.
For Executive (Security)-
02 (Two) years
In Security & Administrative functions in
Supervisory / Executive level in factory / industry. Person with defence
/ paramilitary background as JCO or equivalent will be preferred.
For Executive (Legal)-
02 (Two) years experience. (working /practice in Law in
Supervisory /Executive capacity in a Govt. organization /PSU/Private
concern of repute/practicing experience.)
For Executive (Personnel) -
02 (years)
Experience in matters relating to Personnel
Management, Industrial Relations, HRD and General Administrative
functions preferably in manufacturing organization.
